Read-only, Authorised signatory requires secondary approval, Authorised signatory with payment limit, Authorised signatory with no limit & can approve payments.

To change your password, click on your profile in the top right corner of the platform and select "Reset Password". If you have forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot password" on the log in screen.

Log in with your email and password, you will be sent a 6-digit code to your registered email address. Enter the 6-digit code when requested to. This code is valid for 120 seconds.

If you didn't receive the 6-digit code you should either check your spam folder or you can click "Resend code" to try again.
